The minutes of the Parish Council meetings are issued to the Councillors in draft form approx. 1 week after the meeting. Subject to corrections or amendments from the Councillors, the minutes are usually approved at the following meeting. The minutes are then placed on the Web site.
The minutes are in pdf format.
In the unlikely event of the electronic minutes and the signed hardcopy minutes in the Council records being different, the signed hardcopy minutes are the true record.
