The Annual Parish Assembly (or Parish Meeting as it also called) is not a Council meeting, it is a meeting of the Parish.  Anyone may attend and any registered elector within the parish may vote.  It must take place between 1st March and 1st June and must not start before 6 p.m.   Extraordinary meetings can be called at other times of the year.

By law, the Chairman of the Council (if attending) is the Chairman of the meeting.  The quorum is two electors.  Decisions made at the APA are persuasive only on the Council.

Minutes of the APA are placed on the web-site in draft form until approved by the next meeting.

The minutes are in pdf format.

In the unlikely event of the electronic minutes and the signed hardcopy minutes in the Council records being different, the signed hardcopy minutes are the true record.
